Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking for Business Analyst who is accountable for developing, supporting and managing the system.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Be involved and participate in the overall application lifecycleFocus on coding and debuggingCollaborate with development and Business teamsBuild high-quality reusable code that can be used in the futureDevelop functional and sustainable web applications with clean codesTroubleshoot and debug applications

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Experience

2–5 years of experience in business analysis, specifically with ServiceNow implementation projectsStrong functional knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Service Catalog).responsible for gathering requirements, mapping processes, conducting gap analysis, and ensuring ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, CSM, FSM and Scoped apps) are implemented efficiently to meet organizational goals. Gather business requirements and translating them into functional specifications, epics, and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.Engaging with stakeholders to understand their goals, guiding them on out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionality, and challenging custom enhancement requests to minimize technical debt.Creating test scenarios, collaborating with QA teams, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that functionality meets business needs.
