Lead ServiceNow CMDB Architect

We’re looking for a Lead ServiceNow CMDB Architect to own and drive our CSDM‑aligned modelling efforts. This role is hands‑on and architecture focused where you will be manually creating service and infrastructure models without relying on Service Mapping.

You’ll lead the full modelling lifecycle: reviewing architectures, meeting with technical teams, performing independent research, building initial models, refining them through collaboration, documenting approvals, and guiding CMDB managers on execution. Your work will directly shape how our services and applications are represented across the enterprise.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years in Configuration Management & ITSM (ServiceNow required)

• Strong expertise in CMDB architecture, CSDM, and manual modelling

• Experience creating CSDM models outside of Service Mapping

• Ability to translate architecture into accurate CI relationships

• Background in CMDB governance, data quality, and ITIL processes

Compensation

• Up to $200k base salary

• 30% bonus
