ServiceNow Developer - Supervising Associate

Join EY Government and Public Sector (GPS) as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator! This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced professional to play a crucial role in the design, development, and administration of the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for configuration, customization, and integration of the platform with other enterprise systems.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Configure and manage ServiceNow instances to ensure optimal performance.Administer user roles, permissions, and security settings in accordance with company policies.Perform routine system maintenance including upgrades, patch management, and performance monitoring.Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring minimal downtime.Develop and manage ServiceNow workflows, notifications, and business rules to enhance IT and business processes.Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.Create and manage custom scripts using ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, Glide, and AngularJS.Build custom forms, reports, and dashboards for business users.Implement and manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.Provide technical expertise and training to users on ServiceNow functionality and best practices.Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex incidents related to ServiceNow.Document solutions and issues in a knowledge base for future reference.Skills And Attributes For Success:

Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Proficiency in ServiceNow development including scripting, business rules, workflows, and UI Policies.Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, Import Sets).Familiarity with ServiceNow Studio, Service Portal, and other development tools.Knowledge of ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics.Strong understanding of US Government IT control environment expectations.Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.Ability to multitask across various projects and initiatives.Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and/or Administrator.Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SPM modules.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required; ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is preferred.Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules is a plus.What We Offer You:
