We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our ServiceNow platform. This role is responsible for day-to-day administration, platform stability, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow modules to support IT and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring high availability and performance

Configure and manage workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and forms

Manage users, roles, groups, and access controls

Support and enhance ITSM, ITOM, and VR modules

Perform upgrades, patches, and platform releases, including testing and validation

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions

Ensure platform compliance with security and governance standards

Provide Tier 2/3 support and training for end users as needed

Required Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience

Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and VR processes

Experience with scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python)

Knowledge of CMDB and service mapping concepts

Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and release management

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems

Familiarity with Agile or ITIL frameworks (ITIL certification a plus)

Pay Range

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 104300.00-193700.00
