Required Skills:

Minimum of eight (8) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes.

a. At least five (5) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.

Possession of a bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.

Minimum of five (5) years of full-time experience (FTE) implementing public or private sector projects where the architect work contained multiple environments with more than three external interfaces.

a. The architect experience shall include managing overall development, validation, and deployment plans.

Current and valid certifications in all of the following:

a. Certified Implementation Specialist in Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM).

b. ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect.

Two (2) completed projects of implementation experience using ServiceNow PSDS or CSM application.
