The Work:
The ServiceNow Business Operations Consultant will interpret client needs into functional designs, user stories, and solution specifications that align with ServiceNow. You will lead process workshops, conduct stakeholder interviews, create feature lists and user stories for agile development, and offer support throughout the implementation life cycle. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide clients in defining future-state service delivery processes while ensuring they adhere to platform standards. Your role will also involve supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA), collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful outcomes.
Travel may be required for this role, varying from 25% to 100% based on business needs and client requirements.
Here's What You Need:
At least 2 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
A minimum of 2 years in leading workshops, gathering requirements, and defining and improving processes.
At least 2 years of experience in developing requirements documentation, project artifacts, and user stories.
2+ years experience identifying solutions to meet business requirements using ServiceNow.
Bachelor's degree in a Business or IT-related field preferred, or equivalent work experience (minimum of 12 years). Candidates with an associate's degree must have at least 6 years of work experience.
Bonus Points If:
You hold certifications in ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader.
Agile Scrum Product Owner or Scrum Master certifications.
You are a Certified System Administrator (CSA) or have additional ServiceNow certifications.
You possess excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
Significant experience in process management competencies.
You have a track record in consulting engagements, providing strategic options to stakeholders for business process and technical problems, including assessing risks and impacts of each option.
Compensation at Accenture varies widely depending on factors such as office location, role, skill set, and experience level. Role Location Annual Salary Range: California $70,350 to $196,000; Cleveland $59,100 to $156,800; Colorado $63,800 to $169,300; District of Columbia $68,000 to $180,300; Illinois $59,100 to $169,300; Maryland $63,800 to $169,300; Massachusetts $63,800 to $180,300; Minnesota $63,800 to $169,300; New York $66,300 to $196,000; New Jersey $68,000 to $196,000; Washington $80,200 to $180,300.
