As a Technical Director, you will:

Lead comprehensive ServiceNow client implementations, managing multiple workstreams from planning through to post-engagement support.Provide strategic architectural vision for ServiceNow projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry standards.Stay informed on ServiceNow capabilities and platform updates, leveraging your technical knowledge to enhance implementations.Engage with stakeholders to develop project roadmaps that align with organizational goals.Offer guidance and mentorship to team members and clients regarding ServiceNow operations and upgrades.Drive business development by identifying opportunities and collaborating on proposals.Manage specific solution areas within the ServiceNow platform to meet the evolving needs of clients.Ensure engagements align with KPMG's financial management policies.Mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and process improvement.Build and maintain strong customer relationships, promoting cross-selling of other KPMG services.Network internally to leverage KPMG’s capabilities for innovative client solutions.Qualifications:

At least eight years of recent experience in ServiceNow technology consulting, with a proven track record of managing systems integration projects.Preferred certifications: ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.Demonstrated success in leading five or more ServiceNow projects.Exceptional analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, including executives.Willingness to travel as needed.Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.KPMG is proud to offer a diverse benefits package designed to support your health and well-being.
