This position is pivotal in ensuring the platform's reliability, performance, and security while offering essential engineering support. How You'll Contribute to Our Success:

Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.

Design and develop new applications and functionalities within ServiceNow to align with our business needs.

Manage development and promotions of update sets between environments to ensure seamless deployment.

Monitor platform performance, implement optimization strategies, and ensure best practices for scalability.

Coordinate and conduct system maintenance, patch installations, and version upgrades efficiently.

Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, troubleshooting issues and implementing effective solutions.

Automate workflows using Flow Designer to enhance efficiency across internal processes.

Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor platform health and performance indicators.

Assist in implementing integrations between ServiceNow and various internal or third-party applications.

Develop comprehensive technical documentation and provide training materials for end-user support.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

5+ years of experience in a related field (3+ years as a ServiceNow Administrator); experience in professional services is a plus.

Initiative to contribute actively to the team and the firm.

Effective and professional communication skills.

Strong business acumen with an ability to understand the firm's financial and operational needs.

A commitment to providing excellent service.

A solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and IT Service Management best practices.

Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages and relational databases.

Familiarity with integrating web services.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills focused on internal customer service.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Willingness to commute to our Chicago office as per our hybrid work policy of 2-3 days in-office each week.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
