Job Title: ServiceNow DevOps Technical Consultant (Contract – Remote)

Certification:
ServiceNow Certification is mandatory (preferably ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or DevOps Engineer)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow DevOps Technical Consultant to support implementation, configuration, and optimization of ServiceNow DevOps solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, DevOps integration, and CI/CD pipelines.
You will work closely with development, operations, and release teams to automate and streamline software delivery processes using ServiceNow DevOps modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure ServiceNow DevOps modulesIntegrate ServiceNow with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab)Design and support DevOps pipelines within ServiceNowWork on change, release, and deployment automation processesDevelop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, workflows, and integrationsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues in ServiceNow platformCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve release efficiencyEnsure compliance with DevOps best practices and governanceProvide technical documentation and supportRequired Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platformExperience in ServiceNow DevOps moduleKnowledge of ITSM, Change Management, and Release ManagementExperience integrating ServiceNow with CI/CD toolsStrong scripting skills (JavaScript preferred within ServiceNow)Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologiesExperience working in enterprise environmentsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsMandatory Requirements:
Active ServiceNow Certification (CSA or DevOps-related certification)Proven experience in ServiceNow DevOps implementation or supportAvailability for remote contract workPreferred Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)Knowledge of API integrations (REST/SOAP)Familiarity with automation tools and monitoring systemsITIL knowledgeSoft Skills:
Strong communication skillsAbility to work independently in remote setupGood collaboration with distributed teamsProactive and solution-oriented mindset
