The Opportunity
The Doyle Group is partnering with a municipal technology organization seeking a ServiceNow Administrator / Systems Engineer to support and expand their enterprise ServiceNow platform. This individual will play a key role in administering the ServiceNow environment, enhancing service management workflows, and expanding the organization’s service catalog across departments.
This role is ideal for a technologist who enjoys working across both application platforms and infrastructure. While ServiceNow administration will be the primary focus, the position also requires foundational systems administration experience to support integrations, automation initiatives, and broader platform capabilities.

Responsibilities
ServiceNow Administration & Platform Management
Administer and support the organization’s enterprise ServiceNow platformMaintain and enhance ServiceNow ITSM capabilities including ticketing and request managementBuild and expand the Service Catalog to support multiple internal departmentsConfigure workflows, automation, and request fulfillment processesMaintain ServiceNow platform configurations while prioritizing out-of-the-box functionality and best practicesSupport enhancements to the ServiceNow portal and user experienceAssist with ongoing development and implementation of ServiceNow modules including Hardware Asset Management (HAM)ServiceNow Integrations & Automation
Support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platformsConfigure connectors and integration spokes as neededAssist with automation initiatives and AI-enabled service capabilitiesSupport platform integrations with Microsoft technologies including Teams and CopilotSystems Administration & Infrastructure Support
Support infrastructure components related to ServiceNow integrations such as mid serversAssist with scripting and automation initiatives using PowerShell or similar technologiesWork within Microsoft cloud environments including Azure and Microsoft 365Maintain familiarity with Active Directory and enterprise monitoring toolsRespond to infrastructure alerts and collaborate with system administration teams as neededCross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand service workflows and operational needsCollaborate with IT teams to improve service delivery processesHelp identify opportunities to improve automation, service delivery, and user experienceParticipate in service design discussions and platform expansion initiatives
Required Qualifications
Experience administering or supporting the ServiceNow platformExperience with ServiceNow ITSM and Service Catalog managementFamiliarity with ServiceNow platform configuration and administration best practicesExperience with PowerShell scripting or other automation toolsExperience working with Microsoft technologies (M365, Azure, Active Directory)Understanding of enterprise infrastructure environments and server administration conceptsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively across IT teams and internal stakeholders
