Job Summary: Serve as the primary consultant and program lead for University initiatives in Latin America, ensuring alignment and execution across regions.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate University consultant activities in assigned countries.Provide support to North American initiatives while aligning with regional priorities.Advise customers on client University offerings and develop training strategies.Track and maintain customer training adoption plans to meet objectives.Monitor training engagement and progress, identifying risks and opportunities.Must-Have Skills:5+ years of experience in enterprise consulting or training program leadership.Strong consultative skills with a focus on skilling strategies.Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for customer-facing materials.Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years in enterprise consulting or learning programs.
