The Opportunity
In this client-facing role, you will lead Consultation teams to drive ServiceNow transformations, showcasing your leadership and team development skills while building strong client relationships. You will be at the forefront of EY’s AI thought leadership, driving innovation and designing advanced solutions. Collaborate closely with clients to amplify AI-driven transformations across user experiences and governance frameworks.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead engagement delivery, managing client relationships effectively on a daily basis.Accountable for program/project management to ensure that objectives are consistently met.Develop resource plans and budgets, efficiently managing engagement economics.Create and implement strategies for ServiceNow-enabled transformations in partnership with senior client executives.Act as an engagement manager, overseeing all aspects of ServiceNow AI project delivery.Mentor and manage multi-disciplinary teams, including offshore resources.Provide guidance on industry-leading practices for ServiceNow service management implementations.Facilitate client process design sessions and workshops with subject matter experts.Drive sales activities alongside EY pursuit teams to demonstrate how our services address client challenges.Analyze service management capabilities and provide insightful recommendations.Skills and Attributes for Success:
Strong blend of technical expertise with exceptional interpersonal skills.Ability to develop presentations and roadmaps that resonate with diverse audiences.Proficiency in AI capabilities such as NOW Assist and experience implementing ServiceNow's AI solutions.Experience in managing Agile and Waterfall delivery models.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.5 - 7 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow implementations.2 - 5 years implementing ServiceNow NOW Assist.1 ServiceNow certification in NOW Assist for ITSM, HRSD, or CSM.Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience at a Senior Manager or Director level.If you are ready to take ownership of a team poised to lead industry transformation, we invite you to apply today.
The base salary range for this position in all US locations is $171,600 to $392,100, with additional compensation for specific regions. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical coverage, pension plans, and paid time off options.
