Your Responsibilities:

Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams, focusing on AI-driven solutions.Engage directly with clients to deliver impactful AI strategies.Oversee the development and implementation of AI-native solutions.Manage multi-disciplinary teams, including off-shore resources, ensuring high-quality delivery.Facilitate design sessions and requirements workshops with clients to ensure alignment on project goals.Create innovative solutions to complex business challenges while maintaining a strong focus on quality and risk management.Key Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering).2 to 5 years of relevant ServiceNow experience with at least 1 year of experience implementing NOW Assist.Experience with the Moveworks platform and ServiceNow's AI solutions (Agentic, AI Control Tower).Strong soft skills including executive communication, adaptability, and relationship building.Ability to travel as needed to meet client requirements.What We Offer:
