AI ServiceNow & Moveworks Architect Manager

Your Role: In this client-facing position, you will spearhead EY's AI thought leadership while driving innovation through the design and development of advanced AI-driven solutions. Collaborate with clients to enable transformation across user experiences, workflows, and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the management and delivery of AI-native solutions, ensuring a keen focus on quality and risk management.Engage with external clients, leading planning sessions and ensuring project execution from start to finish.Develop solutions for complex business challenges and provide direction to a diverse team of professionals.Enhance clients' AI capabilities using the ServiceNow platform and streamline delivery processes.Facilitate requirements workshops with subject matter experts and lead client design sessions.Skills & Attributes for Success:

Proven ability to lead ServiceNow AI project delivery, including design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment.Strong mentorship skills to guide a multi-disciplinary team of consultants, developers, and testers.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and demonstrate the value of EY services.Hands-on experience with ServiceNow's AI capabilities, including NOW Assist and Moveworks implementations.Excellent communication skills and adaptability to meet diverse client needs.Qualifications:
