7+ years experience in ServiceNow development and implementationDesign, develop, and implement ServiceNow Discovery including MID Server configurations, Probes, Sensors, and PatternsWork as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow Discovery, providing technical expertise, troubleshooting support, and driving resolution of complex issues.Extensive experience in ServiceNow Discovery (Agentless & Agent-based).Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and applications.Proficiency in JavaScript, XML and APIsServiceNow Expertise : Discovery (must have), CMDB, ITOMCertifications : Certified Application Developer , CIS in Discovery (nice to have)Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Must have CAD Certification active.
