The project is a strategic initiative focused on integrating a vulnerability scanning platform. The objective is to design, develop, and validate a technical solution that automates the vulnerability remediation lifecycle, ensuring that detected vulnerabilities are converted into traceable tickets in ServiceNow to improve SLA compliance and reporting.

What will this person do? (Mission)

Design, develop, and validate the technical integration solution for vulnerability remediation Collaborate closely with cybersecurity, IT operations, and ServiceNow platform teams Ensure smooth conversion of detected vulnerabilities into actionable tickets in ServiceNow (SNOW) Optimize remediation tracking, SLA levels, and reporting Conditions

Work mode: 100% Remote (Preference Spain/Mexico) Schedule: Adjusted to support US and align with Mexico team (Mon–Thu 11:00–20:00, Fri 11:00–17:00) Conditions: Financial compensation will be considered after the trial period Requirements

Must-Haves

Experience: Senior profile with more than 5 years of experience in the field Stack / Knowledge: Experience in ServiceNow SecOps management Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Experience managing workflows in ServiceNow Solid knowledge of vulnerability management Experience in network security, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure Languages: High level of fluent English
