Job Overview
We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Product Manager to lead a product-driven, outcome-focused approach to enterprise ServiceNow platform management. This role will own product strategy, roadmap, and delivery outcomes across one or more ServiceNow domains.
The ideal candidate will drive enterprise value by ensuring ServiceNow is designed as a well-architected portfolio of services aligned with business capabilities, technology strategy, and risk controls.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the ServiceNow product strategy, roadmap, and executionDesign and manage enterprise service architecture and service catalogEnsure services are structured, scalable, and consumable across the organizationCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business goalsLead prioritization based on business value, risk, and outcomesOversee CMDB, CSDM, and data model governanceEnsure platform optimization including workflows, integrations, and reportingDeliver executive-level communication on product performance and roadmap
Required Qualifications
9+ years of experience working with ServiceNow in a product, platform ownership, or functional leadership roleStrong expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or GRCDeep understanding of Asset Management, CMDB, and CSDM frameworksExperience with workflow orchestration, forms, integrations, and data modelsProven track record managing enterprise-scale platforms and multiple stakeholdersStrong product mindset with ability to define problems, outcomes, and prioritize effectivelyExcellent communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
Nice to Have
ServiceNow Technical Architect CertificationExperience with ServiceNow AI capabilitiesExperience in Greenfield implementations (new instance / clean-slate deployments)
