Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished ServiceNow Presales professional with 10+ years of experience to lead complex solutioning for enterprise customers across the North American market. This role is heavily focused on ServiceNow platform presales, with a strong preference for candidates with a cybersecurity, risk, or GRC background.
The role will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to articulate value-driven, outcome-focused ServiceNow solutions, especially across Security Operations, GRC, IRM, and ITSM/ITOM integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Presales & Solution Leadership
Act as the senior presales subject matter expert (SME) for ServiceNow engagements, leading solution design for large and complex enterprise opportunitiesOwn end-to-end presales activities including discovery, solution architecture, demos, RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and executive presentationsTranslate customer business and security challenges into ServiceNow-led solution architectures with clear business outcomes and ROIServe as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior security, IT, risk, and operations stakeholdersCybersecurity & Risk-Focused Solutioning
Lead presales for ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) including SIR, VR, and TPRMDesign and position solutions across ServiceNow GRC / IRM, aligning with regulatory, risk, and compliance frameworksIntegrate ServiceNow with broader cybersecurity ecosystems (SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability scanners, IAM, endpoint security tools, etc.)Partner with security teams to address use cases such as incident response, vulnerability management, risk orchestration, and compliance automationSales Partnership & Market Engagement
Collaborate closely with enterprise sales teams on account strategy, pipeline qualification, and deal shapingContribute to win strategies, competitive positioning, and pricing discussions from a solution value perspectiveSupport North America go-to-market initiatives, industry-specific pitches, and executive workshopsRepresent the organization in customer briefings, industry events, and ServiceNow ecosystem forumsEnablement & Practice Development
Mentor junior presales consultants and contribute to capability building within the presales organizationDevelop reusable solution assets, demo scenarios, value calculators, and industry acceleratorsProvide feedback to product and delivery teams based on market and customer insights
Required Experience & Qualifications
Core Experience
10+ years of overall IT / Enterprise Technology experience, with at least 5–7 years in ServiceNow presales or solution consultingExtensive experience supporting North American enterprise customers (US & Canada)Proven track record of contributing to large deal wins ($1M+ ACV) in a presales capacityServiceNow Expertise
Deep hands-on and architectural understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including: ITSM, ITOMSecurity Operations (SIR, VR)GRC / IRMCMDB, Workflow, IntegrationHubAbility to articulate ServiceNow’s platform value beyond point solutionsCybersecurity Background (Preferred)
Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity domains such as: Incident ResponseVulnerability ManagementRisk & ComplianceThird-Party RiskSecurity Operations Centers (SOC)Experience engaging with CISO, Security Leaders, Risk & Compliance stakeholdersFamiliarity with common security tools and frameworks (SIEM, SOAR, NIST, ISO, etc.)

Location & Travel
Based in North America (US or Canada)Willingness to travel for key customer meetings and events (up to ~30%)
