Responsibilities: As a ServiceNow Process Improvement Consultant, you will play a vital role in transforming client requirements into effective functional designs, user stories, and detailed solution specifications tailored to the ServiceNow platform. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and facilitating process workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather essential requirements.Developing comprehensive feature lists and user stories to ensure Agile delivery.Providing strategic guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, helping to define forward-thinking service delivery processes while ensuring compliance with platform standards.Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) efforts.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven outcomes.Please note that some travel may be necessary for this role, ranging from 25% to 100% depending on client needs.

Qualifications: We seek candidates who meet the following criteria:

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.At least 2 years of experience leading workshops, gathering requirements, and defining/improving processes.A proven track record of developing requirements documentation, project artifacts, and user stories.Experience in identifying solutions to meet business requirements using ServiceNow.A Bachelor's degree in Business or IT, or equivalent work experience (minimum of 12 years). If you have an associate's degree, a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience is required.Bonus Points: Your application will stand out if you have:

ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader Certification.Agile Scrum Product Owner Certification.ServiceNow CSA Certification and any additional ServiceNow certifications.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation and facilitation abilities.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint).Extensive experience in process management competencies.Agile Scrum Master Certification.A demonstrated ability to consult and provide thought leadership to stakeholders on solving business process and technical issues by outlining options, risks, and impacts.Compensation and Benefits: The compensation for this position varies based on several factors, including role, skills, location, and level of experience.
