About the Role:

FIRSTNET GLOBAL LLC is looking for a ServiceNow SPM Certified Architect .

Responsibilities:

Design and implement ServiceNow SPM solutions tailored to client needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver optimal solutions. Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders on ServiceNow functionalities. Analyze and enhance existing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry standards for ServiceNow. Develop and maintain technical documentation for all implemented solutions. Support troubleshooting and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow SPM. Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and new features to leverage for client benefit.

Requirements:

ServiceNow SPM certification is required. Minimum of 10 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations and architecture. Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations. Proven experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
