Job Summary
We are seeking a ServiceNow Implementation Consultant with robust experience in Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM) to join our ServiceNow practice. In this role, you will act as a technical specialist supporting customer onboarding, system integrations, and automated testing. You will ensure seamless configuration, successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and high-quality ongoing service delivery.
Role Description
Install and configure ServiceNow integration functionalities for both provider and consumer environments.
Set up vendor catalog items, mappings, and data transformations.
Configure remote tasks for bi-directional synchronization.
Implement and maintain the customer onboarding playbook, including all associated workflows.
Validate UAT scenarios and ensure baseline functionality.
Support customer testers by providing clear instructions and workflow guidance.
Troubleshoot UAT issues and collaborate with internal teams as necessary.
Ensure the UAT environment is ready and validate acceptance criteria.
Create and revise test plans and test suites for ongoing development and deployments.
Support regression testing during upgrades.
Reduce manual testing efforts through increased automation coverage.
Act as a ServiceNow SME on deployed TPSM functionalities, advising on expected solution behaviors and best practices.
Execute onboarding playbooks and ensure workflows are followed effectively.
Guide customers through testing, validating test scenarios, and navigating workflows.

Technical knowledge and proficiency in multiple technology domains to provide expert guidance - Intermediate
Other Requirements
3-5 years of experience supporting ServiceNow or similar CSM and ITSM environments.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including playbooks, integrations, process mapping, workflows, and catalog configuration.
Experience in UAT support, issue troubleshooting, and customer collaboration.
Strong skills with Automated Test Framework (ATF) and test automation.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Requirements
Relevant ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, Micro-Certification-IntegrationHub, etc.)
Experience customizing and supporting ServiceNow modules like IntegrationHub and Flow Designer.
Consulting experience in deploying complex, multi-platform solutions.
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $100,000 - $170,000, including base salary and bonus. Compensation is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location, and thus may differ among individuals. Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
