Job Summary
We’re looking for a high‑impact ServiceNow Administrator & Developer with 8+ years of hands‑on experience building custom solutions, optimizing workflows, and owning end‑to‑end platform administration. What You’ll Do
Lead full‑cycle ServiceNow development, including custom applications, scoped apps, integrations, and automation. Administer and maintain the platform, ensuring stability, performance, upgrades, and best‑practice configurations. Design and implement custom workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and data models. Manage user access, roles, ACLs, and security models across the platform. Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub. Own platform governance, including update sets, code reviews, documentation, and release management. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and proactively optimize performance.
What You Bring
8+ years of ServiceNow experience across administration and development. Proven ability to build custom applications and automate complex workflows. Strong command of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Service Portal. Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or other major modules. Expertise in platform security, ACLs, and role-based access control. Hands-on experience with integrations and API-based data exchange. ServiceNow certifications (Admin, Developer, Implementation Specialist) are a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Integration and Automation:
Integrate AI solutions with existing ServiceNow workflows and processes. Automate routine tasks and processes using AI technologies.
Continuous Improvement:
Monitor the performance of solutions and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ServiceNow technologies and apply them to enhance our platform.
Documentation and Training:
Document all solutions, processes, and best practices. Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on functionalities.
Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
