Ondaro is seeking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant II who translate business requirements into scalable technical implementations. This role combines strong ServiceNow development expertise with consultative skills to build high-quality workflows, integrations, and automations, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and timely delivery of solutions that drive business value.

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide technical expertise to support customer's implementations of products developed on the ServiceNow platform Leverages knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end automated solutions, which include technical implementation of processes, workflow customization, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, user experience, and system configurations Responsible for the evaluation, recommendation, and build-out of customer requirements on the platform utilizing defined best practices for configuration and development Responsible for tracking work hours and maintaining full utilization as set by the organization Custom app design Custom app building Integrations

What You'll Bring to the Table:

3-5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform 5+ years of general business or IT experience Proven experience with scripting in ServiceNow (JavaScript preferred) Developing experience with LDAP, SSL, SAML/SSO, and similar technologies Able to work independently on standard work assignments with little supervision Applied knowledge of Agile/Scrum/XP methodologies

Education & Certifications

Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred); or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Certified System Administrator 1+ CIS Certifications
