Skill: ServiceNow Platform Architect

ServiceNow Specialist configures, customizes, and deploys the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs, focusing on automating workflows and integrating modules like ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM.Gather requirements, develop scripts (JavaScript), manage updates, and ensure system performance. Require scripting skills, module expertise, and relevant certifications.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Development & Configuration: Customizing applications, including form design, workflow creation, and UI policy configuration.System Integration: Developing integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using SOAP/REST APIs and Integration Hub.Implementation & Deployment: Leading or assisting in the deployment of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM).Scripting & Troubleshooting: Utilizing JavaScript (client-side/server-side) to create complex business logic, troubleshooting scripts, and fixing bugs.Documentation & Training: Creating technical documentation, functional designs, and providing training to end-users.Process Automation: Designing and automating workflows using Flow Designer to optimize IT processes.

Required Skills And Qualifications

ServiceNow Expertise: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and core modules.Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web services (REST/SOAP).Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) is usually required, with Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) strongly preferred.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Salary Range - $100,000-$130,000 a year
