Job Description:
Crowe is on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior Consultant to enhance our expanding ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) practice. If you're passionate about hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration, especially within ITOM modules like Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management, this role is perfect for you. You will collaborate within a talented team to architect and develop robust, scalable ServiceNow solutions that yield tangible benefits for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Perform technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM, including:Creating discovery patterns, probes, and sensorsInstalling, configuring, and troubleshooting MID ServersDeveloping Event Management rules and alert correlationsDesigning and deploying Service MappingDevelop and maintain integration solutions with external systems, such as monitoring tools and CMDB feeders.Transform technical requirements and architecture into scalable and supportable implementations.Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and engagement leads to ensure high-quality and aligned solutions.Create and maintain clear, reusable documentation and internal development standards.Assist in system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and ongoing performance optimization.Engage in internal technical design sessions and conduct code reviews.Participate in client engagements during technical workshops, validation sessions, or post-go-live support.Desired Skills:
Expertise in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting methods.Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, discovery patterns, and infrastructure modeling.Experience integrating with third-party tools such as SolarWinds, SCOM, Dynatrace, and LogicMonitor.Familiarity with cloud infrastructures including AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as hybrid environments.Strong troubleshooting abilities regarding MID Servers, connectivity, and system performance.Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - PreferredServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - in Discovery, Service Mapping, or Event Management - PreferredCertified Application Developer (CAD) - PreferredQualifications:
3+ years of professional experience2+ years of direct hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOMProven history of implementing and configuring ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.Capability to deliver technical solutions independently with minimal oversight.Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in documenting complex logic.Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a distributed team.Willingness to travel up to 30% for client engagements.Why Crowe?

The salary range for this role reflects a broad spectrum of factors considered in compensation decisions including skills, experience, and relevant qualifications. The estimated salary range for this position is $79,100.00 - $156,600.00 annually.
