Title: ServiceNow Consultant on W2

Location: Plano, TX (Local Only)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Role Overview:

  10-15+ years of overall IT Exp  10+ Years in ServiceNow  Experience in Leading End-to-End Implementations  Strong knowledge in ITSM, ITOM(Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt)  Experience with CMDB design and governance(CSDM)  Good experience in Discovery and Service mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery(AWS, Azure),  Strong development skills with coding standards, platform governance  Good understanding of ACLs, Role-based Access, Data privacy & compliance standards  Strong exp in Integrations using REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, Service Graph Connectors  Experience in Integrating monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), AD  Good knowledge on AIOPS, Virtual Assistant(GenAI)  Adequate knowledge on other modules such as GRC/IRM, HRSD and others are added advantage.  Excellent knowledge on platform upgrades  Must be a good team player and a lead to handle the team, engage with business stakeholders  Strong communication and presentation skills  Must have CSA certification (minimum)
