Position: Senior ServiceNow Lead/Architect (CMDB experience Required) Location: Irving, TX (Onsite)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Lead/Architect with strong expertise in CMDB design, implementation, and governance.

Lead the architecture and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT strategy.

Design and maintain a robust CMDB, including data modeling, reconciliation rules, and data quality management.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and implement scalable ServiceNow modules and integrations.

Drive best practices for Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITOM to ensure accurate configuration data.

Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and oversee development and deployment activities.

Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize platform performance, and ensure system stability.

Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and support continuous improvement initiatives across the platform.
