RSM US LLP is seeking a Service. Now Markets Lead at the Managing Director level to drive the growth and success of our Service. Now alliance business. You will work directly with our alliance go-to-market (GTM) team, collaborate across service lines, manage relationships with Service. Now and key ecosystem partners, and deliver projects for key clients.

This role sits in the delivery practice and focuses on expanding consulting and managed services revenue, activating the market, and ensuring operational excellence. As a Managing Director, you will model RSM’s core values and behaviors, drive profitability, and cultivate talent and client relationships.

You will champion client engagement by developing and nurturing trusted relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and senior client executives. You’ll lead business development activities to activate accounts, execute targeted campaigns, and originate deals that address client needs and drive partner-sourced opportunities. Close collaboration with delivery and account teams will ensure solutions maximize value from the Service. Now platform. Regular business reviews with Service. Now and clients, and building a library of client success stories and delivery credentials, are expected.

On the strategic side, you will lead execution of GTM strategy to achieve hypergrowth targets for priority offerings, service lines, and industries. You will build and manage relationships with Service. Now, RSM, and alliance partners to drive pipeline and revenue growth and serve as the primary conduit for RSM to Service. Now and the partner ecosystem. The role also includes leading offering ideation, development, collateral creation, and launching offerings jointly with Service. Now. Defining and executing co- motions with Service. Now’s product business units, industry GTM, field sales, and marketing teams (for example, co-build, co-market, co-sell) will be part of your responsibilities.

You will build and lead a GTM team that combines business development, alliance relationship directors, marketing/communications, and reporting/operations. Recruiting, mentoring, and retaining a diverse, inclusive team of qualified leaders and professionals while modeling RSM’s values of respect, integrity, teamwork, excellence, and stewardship are essential. You will manage operational reporting, finance, and support functions such as people/recruiting and learning and be responsible for managing P&L, including driving net services and managing to margin metrics.

Performance will be measured by sales and revenue for the Service. Now alliance business across all service lines, consulting, and managed services; individual sales contribution; alliance rank and partner metrics (Impacted ACV, Certifications, PLAs, Awards, etc.); profitability and margin metrics for managed services and consulting; and team and individual revenue metrics.

Professional qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, information systems, or a related discipline. A minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 10 years in a public accounting or professional services firm focused on enterprise platforms and digital transformation, is required. A proven track record of building and growing a Service. Now practice or similar enterprise platform business is expected. Deep knowledge of Service. Now capabilities and architecture is required, including ITSM, ITOM, CRM, AI, IRM/GRC, HRSD, and App Engine. Relevant Service. Now certifications are strongly preferred (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist).

Strong business development skills with demonstrated success in revenue generation and client relationship management, exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing large teams and complex programs, and excellent communication and presentation skills to engage senior executives and stakeholders are necessary. Evidence of advanced written, verbal, and presentation skills, including published thought leadership material, is valued. You must have willingness and ability to travel globally to meet client needs and participate in business development activities.

Compensation Range: $181,900 - $397,700. Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
