Minimum Required QualificationsExperience: 8 years of experience in IT Software Development Lifecycle Methodology, including Software analysis, development, implementation, and documentation. Seven (7) years of SDLC experience in ServiceNow CMDB (configuration management database) developer experience SAM/HAM (Software and Hardware management) implementation SPM (strategic portfolio management) experience Strong project management, customer service, and relationship management skills Experience with Agile projects, ceremonies, daily scrums, backlog grooming, sprint planning, review, and retrospective Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
