Rate : $58/hr on W2

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog Create and customize request forms, catalog items, record producers, and workflows Develop and maintain scripts including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes Implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and data import/export methods Manage SLAs, workflows, scheduled jobs, events, and triggers Work on Import Sets, Transform Maps, and bulk data uploads Ensure platform security through Access Control Lists (ACLs) and role-based access Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) Migrate solutions across development, testing, and production environments Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions Provide documentation and training to end users

Must Skills:

ServiceNow ITSM JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and scripting frameworks (Jelly) ServiceNow integrations and web services SQL and LDAP SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and ITIL processes workflows, SLAs, Update Sets, and custom application development ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required (CAD preferred)
