This role ensures accurate inventory, cost transparency, and risk reduction for all in‑scope hardware assets (e.g., end‑user devices, peripherals, data center hardware) by leveraging ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management Professional and related ITAM/ITSM capabilities. The specialist partners closely with IT operations, procurement, finance, security, owners to standardize hardware models, automate lifecycle workflows, integrate data sources, and drive adoption of best‑practice HAM processes.
