Job Title: ServiceNow Platform Architect

Location: Onsite (Dallas, San Francisco, Cincinnati)

Job Type: Contract (6+ Months)

Experience: 10–12+ Years

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across the ServiceNow platform, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture while ensuring best practices and governance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation Work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements Define technical architecture, data model, and integration strategy Provide leadership to development and admin teams Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security Drive best practices in ServiceNow development, governance, and DevOps Oversee integrations with third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs) Support upgrades, releases, and instance management

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow Strong expertise in: ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD (any major modules) ServiceNow architecture & platform design Hands-on experience with: JavaScript, Glide APIs Integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server) Experience in enterprise-level implementations Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing experience
