Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions across Security Operations (SecOps), IRM/ISD, and IT Operations Management (ITOM). This role will be responsible for defining the platform roadmap, driving architecture decisions, and ensuring alignment with business and security objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the overall ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmapLead design and implementation of SecOps (Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence)Architect and implement IRM/ISD (Integrated Risk Management / Information Security & Data) solutionsDrive ITOM capabilities including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB optimizationCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutionsEnsure best practices in platform governance, security, and performance optimizationProvide technical leadership and guidance to development and admin teamsIntegrate ServiceNow with third-party tools (SIEM, monitoring tools, cloud platforms, etc.)Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise standardsDefine and manage upgrade strategy and platform lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow architectureStrong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platformDeep expertise in:SecOps (Security Operations)IRM / ISD (Risk & Security frameworks)ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management)Experience in designing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions and integrationsStrong understanding of CMDB architecture and data modelingExperience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and integrationsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills
