Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across the ServiceNow platform and a strong ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design end-to-end ServiceNow architecture and technical solutions Lead implementation across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CSM Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs Define platform strategy, governance, and best practices Oversee integrations with third-party systems using APIs, MID Server, and web services Ensure performance, scalability, and security of the platform Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams Review and approve solution designs, code, and configurations Drive continuous improvement and platform optimization Required Qualifications:

8+ years of IT experience with 4+ years on the ServiceNow platform Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and/or CSM modules Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs) Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model ServiceNow CSA and CIS certifications (preferred) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in government or public sector projects (especially in DC area) Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Additional ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CTA preferred) Key Skills:
