We are currently looking for a Senior ServiceNow Solutions Consultant to collaborate with our Global Solutions Team. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in meeting our global targets and standards, while leveraging the powerful ServiceNow Platform to solve unique challenges. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct workshops to capture customer business processes and identify desired outcomes.Lead multiple implementations focusing on customer strategy.Define customer needs, create strategies, and recommend improvements to internal processes.Own and prioritize business requirements in collaboration with clients and end users.Perform impact analysis on existing business processes.Produce functional specifications, wireframes, and mock-ups for delivery teams.Work closely with technical teams to conduct client demos and presentations.Assist in writing test scripts and acceptance criteria.Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage priorities with clients and end users.Skills and Qualifications:
Strong understanding of business process architecture for cloud-based platforms.Fluency in Dutch with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to assess and mitigate risks effectively.Exceptional leadership and team motivation skills.Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for simplifying complex situations.Effective relationship management skills at all organizational levels.Track record of delivering high customer satisfaction.Experience within matrixed organizations and comfort in navigating ambiguity.Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Business, or Computer Science.5-10 years of relevant business experience, particularly in ServiceNow implementations.Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), ITIL Foundations.At NewRocket, we prioritize diversity and inclusivity.
