Key Responsibilities

Architect and design scalable ServiceNow solutions with a focus on Now Assist (AI-powered capabilities) within ITSM Lead end-to-end implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, and deployment Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into efficient ServiceNow architectures Drive adoption of Now Assist features such as virtual agents, generative AI workflows, and automation Ensure best practices in platform governance, security, performance, and scalability Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs and middleware Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and AI capabilities

Required Qualifications

15+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in ServiceNow platform Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect in ITSM implementations Hands-on experience with Now Assist / AI-driven ServiceNow capabilities Strong knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management) Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), integrations (REST/SOAP), and ServiceNow data model Experience in designing enterprise-scale solutions and system integrations Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management best practices Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
