Job Description:

Crowe is excited to welcome a ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) Manager to our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in hands-on development and configuration within the ServiceNow platform, especially focusing on ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. You will collaborate with a dedicated delivery team to architect and create scalable ServiceNow solutions that deliver tangible results for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Perform deep technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM, including:

Creating Discovery patterns, probes, and sensors

MID Server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

Event Management rule creation and alert correlation

Designing and deploying Service Mapping

Develop and maintain integration solutions with external systems, such as monitoring tools and CMDB feeders.

Translate technical requirements and architecture into effective and sustainable implementations.

Collaborate with Solution Architects and engagement leads to ensure solution quality and alignment.

Create and maintain clear, reusable documentation and internal development standards.

Support system testing, UAT, deployment, and ongoing performance tuning.

Participate in internal technical design sessions and code reviews.

Engage with clients during technical workshops, validations, or post-go-live support as needed.

Desired Skills:

Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting methods.

In-depth understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, discovery patterns, and infrastructure modeling.

Experience integrating with third-party tools like SolarWinds, SCOM, Dynatrace, LogicMonitor, etc.

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.

Strong troubleshooting skills related to MID Servers, connectivity, and system performance.

Qualifications:

5-7 years of professional experience.

5+ years of direct ServiceNow ITOM hands-on work.

3+ years of experience delivering ServiceNow implementations and integrations with a focus on ITOM.

Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.

Ability to independently deliver technical solutions with minimal supervision.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in documenting complex logic.

Comfortable working independently and as part of a distributed collaborative team.

Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% for client engagements as needed.

Certifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Preferred.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Discovery, Service Mapping, or Event Management - Preferred.

Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Preferred.

The wage range for this position considers multiple factors involved in compensation decisions, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. This role’s estimated salary range is $103,200.00 - $210,900.00 per year.
