KPMG is excited to invite applications for the role of Manager within our Federal Advisory practice.
Responsibilities: Engage actively with clients and end users to elicit, comprehend, and articulate business needs centered around the Strategic Portfolio Management Suite of tools in ServiceNow. Create user stories and design to-be process flows that will guide the development of tailored ServiceNow solutions for our clients. Collaborate effectively with team members to architect solutions that align with client business requirements and fulfill user stories. Work closely with developers to test and validate that proposed solutions meet all specified business requirements. Facilitate and contribute to important meetings with clients, including requirement sessions, system demonstrations, user acceptance testing, and end-user training. Qualifications: At least five years of experience with ServiceNow and SPM products, focusing on developing client or business requirements that meet functional needs. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments. Detail-oriented with an ability to quickly adapt to new clients, their specific needs, and relevant technologies. Possession of existing ServiceNow certifications as a Business Analyst, CSA, or micro certifications in SPM or related modules. Certifications such as scrum master, PMP, or Agile practitioner are advantageous. Willingness to travel as necessary to support firm engagements. Candidates must possess a U.S. Government Secret clearance. KPMG LLP and its affiliates adhere to applicable local/state regulations regarding salary transparency.
