Join our dynamic team as a skilled ServiceNow Administrator, where you will play a pivotal role in managing, configuring, and optimizing our ServiceNow platform. We are focused on driving innovation and require someone to support our IT and business operations through effective platform administration.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
Configure and manage workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and forms efficiently.
Manage user access, roles, groups, and robust access control mechanisms.
Support and enhance ITSM, ITOM, and VR modules, ensuring they meet organizational needs.
Perform platform upgrades, apply patches, and manage releases, including thorough testing and validation.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues proactively, and implement effective solutions.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all configurations, processes, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and implement tailored solutions.
Ensure platform compliance with relevant security and governance standards.
Provide Tier 2/3 support and training for end users as needed to enhance their experience.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration.
A strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and VR processes.
Proficiency in scripting languages including JavaScript, PowerShell, and Python.
Knowledge of CMDB and service mapping concepts to maintain a reliable database.
Experience with performing ServiceNow upgrades and managing release processes.
Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address platform challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is a plus.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with various external systems.
Familiarity with Agile or ITIL frameworks; ITIL certification is advantageous.
This position is based in a hybrid work environment, with potential work locations including Beaverton, OR or Raleigh, NC. Additionally, this role is eligible for a bonus as part of the total compensation package.
The salary range for this position is $104,300.00 - $193,700.00.
The essential duties of this position require adherence to U.S. Government export control regulations. Accordingly, candidates must either be U.S. Persons or be prepared to work with the company in securing necessary U.S. government export authorizations.
