The Role
As a ServiceNow Account Executive at NewRocket, you will be at the forefront of driving new sales revenue in a rapidly growing environment across diverse industries. Your primary focus will be on assisting mid-market organizations in accelerating their digital transformation by harnessing the power of ServiceNow solutions. You'll achieve this through strategic account planning, proactive territory management, and effective field-based sales activities.
What You'll Get to Do:
Build and nurture relationships with key C-suite executives (e.g. CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across a range of industries. Lead the account strategy by effectively mapping client relationships and collaborating with a diverse team of specialists. Act as a trusted advisor by comprehensively understanding customers' unique challenges and recommending solutions that align with their IT and business objectives. Engage with internal specialists and support teams to ensure resources are optimally utilized for closing deals. Continuously develop a robust pipeline by identifying and qualifying opportunities in your designated territory. Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
Over 5 years of sales experience in software or solutions, ideally in mid-market or enterprise environments. A proven ability to cultivate trusted relationships with both existing and prospective clients while collaborating effectively with internal teams. Demonstrated success in securing new business, negotiating contracts, and maintaining long-term relationships with C-level executives. A consistent track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets. A strategic perspective that enables you to connect sales initiatives with overarching IT and business goals. A collaborative mindset that emphasizes teamwork and prioritizes customer success. A willingness to travel as necessary.
