KPMG is seeking a Manager, ServiceNow to be a vital part of our Consulting organization.

Oversee ServiceNow client implementations, managing multiple workstreams from initial planning, requirements design, development, testing, implementation, and post-engagement support.Facilitate client workshops to present best practices for ITSM, ITOM, or IRM, while thoroughly understanding their complex requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications.Collaborate with decision-makers to establish project roadmaps that align with organizational strategies and objectives.Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to team members and clients on ServiceNow operations, upgrades, and development.Lead both on-shore and off-shore teams to successfully deliver agile-based project elements as assigned during project execution.Assist in business development activities, including the identification of potential opportunities, proposal development, and other pursuit initiatives, engaging with the appropriate KPMG resources from various service lines and industries.Manage engagements in accordance with KPMG’s financial and cost management policies.Qualifications:

Minimum of five years of recent experience in managing and maintaining large, enterprise systems within complex organizations, with at least three years focused on the ServiceNow platform emphasizing ITSM, ITOM, and IRM.Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a minimum of five years of equivalent work experience.Completion of at least two full ServiceNow implementations and active certifications in ServiceNow System Administration (CSA) along with at least one of the following: CIS - IT Service Management, CIS - Discovery, CIS - Event Management, CIS - Service Mapping, CIS - Risk and Compliance, CIS - Third-party Risk Management, or CIS - Vulnerability Response.Experience leading teams of various sizes in delivering agile-based projects to meet specified requirements.Willingness to travel as needed.Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.KPMG adheres to all local and state regulations regarding salary transparency.
