ServiceNow QA/Test Engineer-Columbus, OH (Onsite)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow QA/Test Engineer to support quality assurance efforts for a large-scale ServiceNow platform in a public sector environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing, with strong expertise in the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). This role involves validating platform enhancements, upgrades, and custom applications while ensuring compliance with FedRAMP security standards. The candidate will work closely with development, architecture, and business teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality, defect-free solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute detailed test strategies, test plans, and test cases for ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CSM Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF for regression and functional testing Perform manual functional, integration, and regression testing during releases and upgrades Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with development teams for resolution and root cause analysis Ensure platform compliance with security, privacy, and FedRAMP standards Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios and assisting stakeholders during execution Conduct basic performance and load testing to ensure system stability and scalability Work within Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups

Key Requirements:

4+ years of QA/testing experience with at least 2+ years on ServiceNow platformStrong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATFKnowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and defect tracking tools (Jira/ServiceNow)Experience with automation tools like Selenium is a plusAbility to work onsite 5 days/week in Columbus, OH
