Job Title: ServiceNow Architect – LSD / Operations

Location: Houston, TX (Remote)

Summary:

Senior technical leader responsible for designing and governing the ServiceNow platform for IT Operations and Large Scale Delivery (LSD). Focus on scalability, automation, and alignment with enterprise IT strategy, especially in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Define ServiceNow architecture and roadmapLead design for ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, and integrationsOversee implementations, upgrades, and performanceEnsure governance, security, and compliance (e.g., HIPAA)Guide development teams and best practicesCollaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutionsRequired Qualifications:

10+ years IT experience, 5+ years in ServiceNow architectureStrong expertise in ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, integrationsExperience with enterprise-scale systems and APIsBackground in regulated environments preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsPreferred:

ServiceNow CTA or CIS certificationHealthcare IT experienceCloud (AWS/Azure), DevOps/SRE knowledgeCMDB governance expertiseCore Skills:
