ServiceNow Business AnalystColumbus, OH (Onsite) Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our delivery team in Columbus, OH. This role will focus on bridging business needs with technical ServiceNow solutions within a public sector environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and supporting ServiceNow implementations while working within a FedRAMP-compliant framework.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and project leadership to ensure successful delivery of scalable and compliant ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to define business needs across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.) Document and analyze "As-Is" and "To-Be" business processes aligned with ServiceNow best practices and CSDM standards Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria in Agile/Scrum environments Manage and prioritize product backlog in collaboration with project and engagement leads Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test script creation and defect tracking Facilitate stakeholder communication, demos, and status updates Support organizational change management (OCM) efforts including training materials and user documentation Ensure all solutions align with FedRAMP security and compliance requirements Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow Agile Development Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working with public sector (state, local, or federal) clients preferred Must be able to work onsite 5 days/week in Columbus, OH
