Title: ServiceNow Product Manager(Need hands on Person )
Duration : 6+ Months of Contract with possible extension
Location: Dallas,TX
Roles and Responsibilities:
Experience with ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/HRSD solutions, strong JavaScript/Glide and Flow Designer skills, CIS/CTA certification preferred Lead design and delivery of domain-separated instances, integrations, workflows, CMDB and CSDM, upgrades, governance, and automation Lead ServiceNow solution design, architecture, and technical strategy; provide client advisory; enforce governance and compliance; mentor team and drive COE development Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expertise on ServiceNow best practices, process automation, and workflow optimization. Mentor ServiceNow developers, architects, and consultants, ensuring technical upskilling and best-practice adoption. Define performance monitoring, incident management, and SLA reporting for ServiceNow operations
