Requirements
5 or more years of experience in ServiceNow global enterprise platform implementations.Proficiency in ITSM and ITIL-aligned process workflows.Experience with Microsoft Project and program management lifecycle tools.Experience in cross-regional program execution across diverse international time zones.Experience with global IT operations transformations and cross-functional workstreams.Experience in RAID management, risk mitigation, and executive-level governance.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end global rollout and execution of the ServiceNow platform.Maintain the global project plan including timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones.Facilitate cross-regional alignment meetings across global time zones and multicultural teams.Track and manage project action items, risks, issues, and strategic decisions.Prepare executive-level evaluation materials, decision decks, and program status summaries.Coordinate translation support and regional readiness assessments for diverse stakeholder groups.Host monthly executive awareness meetings to synthesize complex program status for leadership.
