You Are:
As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, you are an experienced innovator, skilled in developing new applications within ServiceNow and adept at architecting seamless system solutions.
Ready to roll up your sleeves and create tailored solutions for our clients.
Experienced advisor to executive teams, identifying optimal solutions to meet diverse business challenges.
Providing leadership oversight on critical ServiceNow programs for Fortune 500 clients.
A continuous learner eager to explore new applications in ServiceNow and stay informed on the latest solutions.
Proactively identifying opportunities for additional client value and collaborating with internal teams to drive progress.
The Work:
Lead enhancements to our implementation methodology and service offerings, driven by client experiences.
Manage and mentor teams of ServiceNow Developers, fostering technical excellence.
Process-oriented, you thrive in structured environments.
Comfortable seeking assistance from peers and Subject Matter Experts as needed.
Deep background in Enterprise Software and consulting environments.
Skilled in influencing and consulting, providing balanced options with pros, cons, and risks to stakeholders.
As a member of the ServiceNow Business Group, you will enjoy access to extensive training and certification opportunities.
Travel may be required for this role, ranging from 0 to 100% based on business needs and client demands.
Here's What You Need:
A minimum of 8 years of experience with ServiceNow in Development & Technical Architecture roles.
At least 8 years driving IT transformation and strategy planning, preferably within a high-tech consulting environment.
4+ years of experience leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as a technical manager and mentor.
4+ years in implementing and enforcing standards, such as code reviews and architectural evaluations.
6+ years of advanced scripting experience in JavaScript, SQL.
6+ years working within Agile methodologies: SCRUM, Kanban, Wagile.
At least three ServiceNow certifications such as System Admin, Application Developer, and ITSM preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of related work experience). For those with an associate degree, a minimum of 6 years of work experience is required.
Bonus Points If:
You have database experience.
You have cloud migration experience.
ITIL Certification is an advantage.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with AWS or Azure.
Experience building prototypes.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric focus.
A proven team player and builder.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Familiarity with SaaS deployments and associated architectures.
A degree or equivalent in Information Technology and a proven consulting and project management background.

Compensation at Accenture varies based on several factors, including office location, role, skills, and experience. We anticipate this job posting will remain open until 05/31/2026. The following annual salary ranges apply based on location: California: $94,400 to $266,300; Cleveland: $87,400 to $213,000; Colorado: $94,400 to $230,000; District of Columbia: $100,500 to $245,000; Illinois: $87,400 to $230,000; Maryland: $94,400 to $230,000; Massachusetts: $94,400 to $245,000; Minnesota: $94,400 to $230,000; New York: $87,400 to $266,300; New Jersey: $100,500 to $266,300; Washington: $100,500 to $245,000.
