This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite in Reston, Virginia, a minimum of once or twice per week for whiteboarding, PI planning, and sprint sessions.

Overview & Responsibilities:
Join a leading organization as a visionary Senior Product Owner, driving a transformative initiative on the ServiceNow platform. This pivotal role focuses on defining and executing the product roadmap for an innovative inquiry/case management solution, utilizing core ServiceNow modules such as Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM). This is an exceptional contract-to-hire opportunity for a local candidate to shape the long-term digital strategy for customer business solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
Driving and defining the strategic product vision for the business transformation using the ServiceNow platform.Owning, managing, and executing the product backlog and roadmap to ensure alignment with overarching business objectives.Conducting discovery sessions and meetings with internal stakeholders and external FEP plans to gather and detail requirements.Creating feature hypotheses, making data-driven decisions, and executing on the product roadmap.Serving as the customer-facing representative, presenting updates to executives and management with exceptional communication skills.Creating documentation and PowerPoints for product strategy and feature communication.Recognizing, analyzing, and solving complex technical and business issues related to ServiceNow implementation. Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of dedicated Product Owner experience.Demonstrated hands-on knowledge and experience with ServiceNow implementation, particularly with CSM, ITSM, and/or CRM modules.Experience in product leadership roles where the candidate defined and owned the product vision and roadmap.Strong understanding of product planning and lifecycle development principles.Experience working with larger, multi-functional teams, especially in an Agile/SAFE Agile environment. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with comparable CRM/CSM platforms and transformation projects (e.g., Salesforce).Previous experience in the healthcare industry.Possession of an Advanced Degree.Certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).Experience with additional ServiceNow tools like CMDB and ITOM.
