KPMG is actively seeking a Senior Associate to play a crucial role in our Federal Advisory practice.

Key Responsibilities:Conduct Business Analyst functions including business needs identification, analysis planning, stakeholder analysis, and requirements definition.Lead the definition and re-engineering of business processes, collaborating with key stakeholders to improve current processes.Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of business requirements and process flows.Manage the flow of requirements into sprint planning, ensuring cohesive oversight of business and functional needs at a detailed level.Act as a liaison among business owners, end users, and IT partners to ensure a unified approach and excellence in solution delivery.Create wireframes and mockups for user stories, utilizing the ServiceNow platform, while ensuring development teams understand the requirements effectively.Qualifications:Minimum of three years of experience in ITSM or ServiceNow project management; experience with U.S. Federal government preferred.Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited institution.Familiarity with implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.Strong understanding of Agile processes and methodologies, with experience in writing and breaking down user stories.Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques for delivering business change.Experience in requirements elicitation and configuration of the ServiceNow platform.Excellent engagement, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.Willingness to travel as necessary to support firm engagements.Must possess a U.S. Government Secret clearance.KPMG is committed to offering a competitive compensation and benefits package, which includes various medical and dental plans, vision coverage, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and wellness benefits.
