We are seeking a Lead ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions in a collaborative enterprise environment. This role will focus on improving service delivery, optimizing workflows, and driving platform best practices while serving as a technical leader and mentor to the development team.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and enhance scalable ServiceNow solutions, workflows, integrations, and automations Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions Drive adoption of out-of-the-box ServiceNow functionality and engineering best practices to improve platform sustainability and reduce complexity Ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and aligned with governance standards and performance optimization strategies Serve as a senior technical expert and advisor for the ServiceNow platform Mentor and support ServiceNow developers through collaboration, coaching, and knowledge sharing Influence architecture, design decisions, and technical standards across the platform Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation as part of operational support coverage
Requirements:
5–8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience Strong experience with JavaScript, Glide, APIs, workflows, and integrations Experience mentoring or guiding technical teams in Agile or hybrid environments Ability to translate business needs into scalable, maintainable technical solutions Strong understanding of platform governance, data models, performance optimization, and secure development practices Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification with current Delta certifications
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field Experience working in healthcare or other highly regulated environments Additional ServiceNow certifications such as CIS or CAD ITIL certification Experience with enterprise integration frameworks and automation initiatives Experience with PeopleSoft, SailPoint, or Epic integrations
Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
